ten minute hot tom peanut noodles
This nutty, spicy dish is our take on a perennial comfy favorite: ten minute Thai peanut noodles 🥜🍜. Once the noodles start cooking, all you'll need is a little chopping, a little mixing, and a dash of Hot Tom for this addictive late-night dish to come together. You'll be licking the bowl in no time!

ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 inch ginger, minced
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 scallions thinly sliced, green tops reserved for garnish
1/4 cup Hot Tom (make it hot with Extra Spicy, Extra Hot)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2-3 tbsp. neutral oil
1 package instant noodles (or 1/3 box dried long pasta)
chopped or crushed peanuts
instructions
start cooking your noodles in a pot of boiling water. meanwhile, place peanut butter, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, scallion whites, Hot Tom, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a heat-safe bowl. in a small pot, heat neutral oil to almost smoking, then pour over ingredients to create a bubbly, addictive sauce. add cooked noodles and stir to combine. garnish with scallion greens, extra sesame seeds, and peanuts.
